We offer various crew management combinations which can be designed specifically to your needs. We can either provide some of the crew or supply a full crew complement where we take full responsibility for the entire crew. In all cases, we work very closely with you maintaining close contact so that a solid relationship is built up.

We are experienced in manning Petroleum Tankers, LPG, LNG, AHTSV, Long line and Throwler Fishing Boat, Tug Boat, Container ships, Bulk Carriers, cargo ships, RORO, Cruise ships and organize tours adventure in the dramatic island of Bali and Toraja Island Indonesia.

We provide a full range of personnel from Officers, Ratings , Galley Dept, F & B, House Keeping Dept ranks for deep sea and coastal vessels, to some more specialized personnel for Offshore construction projects including Welders, and Crane Operators.

Training

To help in achieving this goal, Aweidhia Jakarta Group, has opened its own purpose built training centers in Central Jakarta & North Jakarta; providing theory and practical based courses including simulation. The state-of-the-art training facilities provide an excellent environment for the development of professional, career-orientated crew.

With the strong belief that good crew run good ships, the Company is actively involved in the continuous on-board training of its crew as well as the sponsorship of apprenticeship programmers. This ensures that training remains focused and relevant to the requirements of the industry.

The training system operates on a unique "Feed-Back" system. Most of the training courses available are born of the result of our Superintendents' reviews of crew's performance, and from the analysis of the internal audits.
